By doing this you are making sure that your body is still getting the nutrients it needs to remain fit and healthy but it will also help to maintain a good metabolic rate as well.

2. If you constantly have negative thoughts this will make it more difficult for you to maintain the weight you are at now in the future. But by keeping your thoughts positive you will find that you are much more able to create an atmosphere which will help you to stay motivated and remain on track with your new fitness and diet regime.

3. Yes you should be eating low fat products however in order for your body to function properly you need to make sure you eat omega 3 fatty acids as well each day. These can be found in fish oil or flax seed oil. It is this fatty acid which helps to burn off the fat our bodies would normally store more easily. Therefore if you really are keen to maintain your ideal weight now reached you should be aiming to eat a cold water fish (for example salmon) on average 3 times each week. But if you can not do this then you should be taking an omega 3 fish oil supplement each day instead.

4. Although you may be eating the right sorts of food, you could be letting yourself down by what you are actually drinking. The problem with many of the soda drinks that are now available today is that they not only make you consume large numbers of calories. But they actually remove calcium from your body which it needs to remain strong and healthy. So cut back or eliminate these drinks from your diet and instead have more water or slimming teas.

5. Doing some form of aerobic exercise along with having a good diet is crucial for helping you to maintain your ideal weight. But if you really want to make sure that you are burning off fat that is unwanted then try and arrange to lift weights on average 3 times each week. The great thing about lifting weights is that they will help you to increase your lean muscle mass which is perfect for helping your body to get rid of fat that it would normally store.
